Job Description:
Is responsible for growing and managing Flex Project and On Going revenue streams with specific sales focus on Commercial- Direct business. Core Duties &
Responsibilities:
Coordinate multi-mode communication and processes across all vertical operations. Manage the sales and customer commitment to Flex Forward by partnering with the sales and customer to identify Flex targets Sales into internal verticals, internal customers, and external Commercial -Direct targets Training all vertical field sales personnel to sell Multi-Mode Projects Manage and develop Flex sales objectives with our top tier accounts. Prepare cold calling sales forecasts, recommend quotas for sales representatives, and advise on changes in promotional efforts Prospect new business opportunities via internet, phone, referrals, and networking including cold-calling overview. Manage and report on all multi-mode opportunities Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of sales and project experience in transportation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required Passion for developing new business and the drive to succeed Self-motivated problem-solver with strong desire to meet customer needs Ability to develop long term relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast-paced environment Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. All applicants are subject to a criminal background investigation Must be willing to work a flexible schedule Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively Skills:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
