Shift:
Monday - Friday 2p-10p, and every other Saturday The position of Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality of the product and the maintenance of the resources while practicing all safety measures.
Maintenance and adjustment of the resources under his/her responsibility Ensure the supply of materials to his/her line Quality Control of the products of his/her line Support to the Head of the Line in its management.
Maintenance of the records of production, quality, accidents, stoppages, and breakdowns.
Analysis of the data and proposals for ongoing improvement.
Training of the staff in his/her charge in the tasks of the job, quality, and safety Support the work posts in his/her line.
Carry out handovers if necessary.
Knowledge of Production policies, procedures, and terms.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and good presentation skills.
Knowledge of appropriate office software applications.
Ability to coordinate and monitor a high level of activity as demonstrated under a variety of conditions and constraints.
Ability to comprehend complex instructions respond effectively and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
Ability to rapidly coordinate eyes, hands, and fingers and accurately handle precise movements.
Ability to coordinate the eyes and both hands and feet in response to visual stimuli.
Ability to work in a variety of adverse environmental conditions, such as heat, cold, noise, etc.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Training, Skills, and Experience Requirements Required Training:
Electromechanics.
Skills:
Knowledge of machines and automatic processes, electromechanical training Prior
Experience:
3-4 years in a similar production or maintenance post Computing:
Microsoft Windows Languages:
English and Spanish would be a plus Skills:
Ability to command and manage work teams, alacrity in providing solutions to possible contingencies.
