Monitor production operations, collecting data to optimize machinery performance.
Collaborate with Maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance and ensure equipment efficiency.
Ensure machinery operates optimally to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Process:
Streamline manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and uphold quality standards.
Analyze process outcomes, implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Prioritize safety protocols, swiftly addressing potential hazards.
Materials:
Manage material inventory in coordination with the warehouse team.
Communicate material defects promptly to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
Monitor inventory levels to meet production demands effectively.
Quality:
Establish and enforce quality checklists to ensure consistent product quality.
Take decisive action on identifying defects, and implementing corrective measures.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
