The Cost Accountant / Analyst is the authority on innovation and efficiency, advising managers on the best practices for financial growth and forecasting success. This individual will be primarily responsible for utilizing an ERP system to research transactions, production runs, tracking rates; etc. to produce reports in Excel. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, proven knowledge through 1-2 years of experience of cost accounting principles and practices and must have experience with an ERP system.

Responsibilities:
Providing timely and accurate financial reporting
Monitoring accounting policies and procedures to ensure a sound internal control environment
Assisting in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets
Performing cost analysis
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
2 years previous cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficient knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
Strong team, interpersonal, leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and attention-to-detail in a very fast paced and dynamic work environment
Bachelor's degree is requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
