Staffing/Recruiting Specialist

At ProLogistix - a division of Employbridge - we are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Staffing Supervisor to add to our expanding Columbus, OH team. This role will involve recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in a logistics environment for a key client.
If you have exceptional customer service skills, solid recruiting experience, a flexible can do attitude, and the desire to help good people get good jobs - then we would love to talk to you!
Duties will include:
Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified warehouse/logistics candidates
Acting as liaison with our clients; evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open orders in an effective and timely manner
Delivering top-notch customer service to candidates, field employees, and client companies
Orienting, onboarding, and helping to manage the field employee workforce

Requirements include:
At least two years of light industrial staffing/recruiting experience
Solid customer service background and a flexible can do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems as needed
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency
Ability to work with people from all socio-economic strata
Ability to work after hours and on weekends if required
